Some of the key tasks:
1. Promoting data primacy over the use of insurance
2. Promoting the importance of data provenance
3. Responsible for guiding and driving the development of short, medium and long-term objectives/strategy for CoPSO (with support and input from the Executive)
4. Engaging with stakeholders
Some key attributes:
1. Extensive knowledge of the home buying and selling process, and of the Search industry
2. Understanding of the importance of the Search Code and the protection that it provides through independent regulation provided by the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB)
3. Established positive reputation in the sector
4. Ability to be flexible in terms of the uneven time demands of the role
